Jack Wengrow

My name is Jack Wengrow, and I am currently completing my training as a VFX Artist specialising in 2D Compositing at Escape Studios. My passion for this industry grew from experimenting with the possibilities of reimagining 1960s Doctor Who episodes, for example by applying colour to old footage using rotoscoping techniques. For my final year project, I integrated the 3D character built by my team into key shots, using my knowledge of camera tracking and render passes to achieve a compelling outcome. I’m excited to begin my career as a 2D Compositor, and continue developing my craft.
